If revenues change or property tax structures shift, Audrey’s approach is disciplined: audit non-essential consultant contracts and administrative overhead before ever touching the services residents rely on every day.

  • Audit Non-Essential Spending: Review vendor contracts, consulting fees, and administrative line items to cut inefficiency.

  • Protect Core Services: Safeguard fire rescue, police protection, road repair, clean water, and local parks.

  • Transparent Budgeting: Require clear cost estimates, funding sources, long-term operating impacts, and public discussion before major financial commitments are approved.

  • Promote the 3 R's: Encourage reducing, reusing, and recycling through practical public education that helps lower contamination and improve recycling outcomes.

  • Regional Collaboration: Work with Broward County and regional partners to evaluate practical, cost-effective waste reduction and recycling initiatives that protect both taxpayers and the environment.

  • Coastal Resiliency: Invest in smart infrastructure that protects our shoreline and manages stormwater effectively.

  • Protect Established Neighborhoods: Preserve single-family residential zoning and ensure new development does not overwhelm local streets or infrastructure.

  • Infrastructure Before Growth: Ensure roads, drainage, utilities, and emergency services keep pace with new development before additional density is approved.
